POSING MATTERS and I’m here to help! I’m Michelle Harris - an IFPA and OCB Pro and it is my mission to help women to have an extraordinary experience on stage. Competition pushes you to be a better version of yourself. My job is to teach you how to flow, be confident, have incredible stage presence, and reveal that best version to the judges.
Why me? Why am I here? Because I have experienced many of the same frustrations that you have! I was worried about how I would look on stage…I was tired of finding posing videos without explanation of how the heck to actually do it…I was appalled at the obvious lack of knowledge on stages everywhere!!
I’m guessing you are having some of the same issues and that’s why you are here. I could only help a small amount of women with one on one coaching in person, so I also developed a video masterclass program to help as many figure competitors as possible. I am invested in your success and want to see you shine with confidence on that stage! From one competitor to another, I got your back!
I had been working out at the gym for many years, but not with any intention. One day, a co-worker decided to compete and asked if I would do it with her. I was familiar (vaguely) with competing and agreed to it. Well, she backed out within a week, but I felt compelled to follow through and was excited about the prospect of competition. I trained hard and found a coach 3 months out from my show to help me dial in my diet. I followed her advice without question, and placed 2nd in my first show.
This was amazing and I felt on top of the world, but as I was gearing up for my second show, I realized that I had SO many questions and only had one person to rely on for answers. I went to 3 posing coaches but gained very little from each. I studied tons of videos and worked on emulating the pictures of great posing that I found, interviewed judges, and built a framework of success. I found that I had a natural talent for posing (after months of practice) and teaching others. My posing coaching business started in 2012 and has been growing steadily since.
I get great joy from helping others and watching their confidence drastically improve before my eyes. The best part is that tools learned from my training are generalized to your life. Increased overall confidence in your life!— who doesn’t want that??
